Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based in New Zealand and ship nationwide and to Australia. If you’re elsewhere in the world, please reach out — I’d love to see if I can arrange something special for you.
Q: Do you design and make the jewellery yourself?
A: Yes! Each piece is thoughtfully designed and created by hand, making every item unique.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Absolutely. If you’d like a piece made just for you, please get in touch and we can create something special together.
Orders & Shipping:
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most NZ orders arrive within 1-2 working days nationwide and 4-10 working days to Australia.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, for New Zealand orders over $150. We do not offer free shipping to Australia.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Q: What if my order gets lost or damaged in transit?
A: Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, it is in their care. If it gets lost or damaged, please contact the courier directly. We’re happy to help guide you through the process.
Products & Materials
Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use high-quality sterling silver and 14k gold filled metals and carefully sourced stones/pearls to ensure durability and beauty. Product descriptions list the materials for each piece.
Q: Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
A: Yes they are! All of our jewellery is made with sterling silver or 14k gold filled metals. These are gentle on sensitive skin but a reaction is always possible
Q: What is 14k gold filled?
A: 14k gold filled jewellery is made by bonding a thick layer of solid 14 karat gold to a base metal using heat and pressure. Unlike gold plated, the gold layer in gold filled is much thicker and more durable — it won’t easily rub off or tarnish, making it a long-lasting, affordable alternative to solid gold.
Q: How do I care for my jewellery?
A: We recommend storing your jewellery in a dry place, keeping it away from lotions and perfumes, and removing it before cleaning, exercising, swimming, showering or sleeping. A soft polishing cloth will keep it looking sparkly. Warm water with gentle dish soap and a soft brush can help clean it.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: As our items are handmade to order we do not accept change of mind returns. However, if your jewellery arrives faulty or is supplied incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Gifting
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, all orders come beautifully packaged, perfect for gifting. If you’d like us to include a personalised note, just let us know at checkout.
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: Yes! We offer digital gift cards so your loved one can choose their favourite piece. You can order one here
